At KingCamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your KingCamp account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
